Work Health & Safety
From 1 January 2012 Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Legislation is now known as Work Health & Safety (WHS) Legislation.
This legislation is a result of harmonisation i.e. the legislation is drawn from Federal Legislation. Progressively all states and territories are anticipated to adopt the legislation.
